Dillon, Bringer of the Beard, is a ranged Intelligence hero who fights for the League of Bearded Gentlemen. His entire moveset revolves around disabling and quickly eliminating his oppenents with brutal efficiency, which, combined with his high base damage, makes him a useful character to have throughout the entire game, especially to initiate a teamfight from a hidden place. His handy Missile Launcher seeks out the nearest enemies, damaging them and stunning them for a short while, while the powerful Light Wave blinds them as well as dealing a noteworthy amount of damage. But it is his SuperEpicPunch that can turn a teamfight in his favour. After charging his power, Dillon can unleash a mighty punch at a chosen target, which will not just hurt them but all the units in a radius around them! And if foes feel that Dillon's weak stature makes him an easy target, they can think again, as Mechanical Progress means that his mech suit is always getting stronger. Dillon's useful set of abilities means that a skilled player can turn him into a near-unstoppable force.

Lore: Dillon's work is never done, especially now that he has to juggle the League of Bearded Gentlemen alongside his other duties.

Even though his parents had died when he was a young age, Dillon had managed to get by living on the streets with a small group of fellow orphans. But Dillon also had a flair for the mechanical: his various inventions were a constant source of amusement for the street urchins. Stealing parts from common street magicians and elderly scientists, he could make any sort of machine in under a minute.

So it wasn't any surprise that as he grew up Dillon became quite infamous throughout the winding streets of Perinor as a man who had a useful ability. The Underground, the city's network of spies and thieves, soon heard of him. They recruited him into their ranks and he became a highly influential figure, even advising the Grandmeister on his decisions. But then a new Lord appeared.

Dillon was not about to let a Lord ruin all of his hard work. A Lord had not ruled from the Seat of Perinor for over three hundred years: there was no reason this should be changed. So he challenged this Lord to a duel. And he had the perfect weapon: a brand new mech suit.

The Lord and Dillon battled for many days and many nights, but nobody seemed to have any sort of advantage. Dillon was impressed: the mech suit was designed explicitly to eliminate his enemies, and yet this Lord seemed to outwit him at almost every turn.

So after five days the Lord (George was his name) and Dillon reached a truce, and so began the great friendship between the Seat of Peridor and the Underground. And when the men of Tomspyk started to dissent, it was Dillon who took on the challenge of leading the League of Bearded Gentlemen: George's greatest army.

Dillon collects light and shoots it at incredible speed towards his foe. Not only does it do an incredible amount of damage, it also blinds the enemy. Any enemy in the path of the wave is also damaged and blinded, albeit by a smaller amount.
